Aged to full rounded flavor during 4 to 5 years, Orange label balsamic is also delicious on roasted or grilled meats.
Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is made using age-old craft techniques. It is the result of a special amalgam of regional grape-musts. The mixture is then slowly aged in oak casks. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has three distinct product types for different gastronomic requirements. Each type has its own special label.
